Ultimate Hot Chocolate
Ingredients: 4 cups of milk, 10 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chopped into little pieces, optional toppings and flavorings( chocolate shavings, whipped cream, springs of fresh mint, 1 cinnamon stick, dash of vanilla)
Directions: Heat milk to a boil. Add in optional flavorings then steep for 10 minutes and then strain. Using a whisk, stir in chocolate until its melted and frothy then your ready to enjoy!
Apple Pie Spiced Cider
Ingredients: 1 1/4 quarts Apple Cider, 2 tbsp light brown sugar, 7 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp ginger, grated nutmeg, optional( add in your favorite brandy to jazz it up!)
Directions: Over medium heat, whisk together cider, sugar, and spices. Whisk in optional brandy and remove from heat. Strain and serve with a cinnamon stick.
