Peppermint Eggnog Shots
Peppermint Ice Cream
Peppermint White Chocolate Bark
Directions: Blend 2 parts ice cream to one part eggnog. Coat the rim of the glass in the sugar water then dip into crushed peppermint. Fill the glasses with the milkshake blend and place in the freezer till ready to serve. Garnish with the peppermint bark.
Warm Spiced Wine (Glogg)
1 1/2 bottles of red or white wine
4 cups of spice water(1/2 tsp Ginger, 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 cardamom pods, 6 cloves)
3 tbsp honey (sweetener)
Garnish: 1.5 oz each of almonds and walnuts, 3 oz raisins, thin orange slices
Directions: Boil spice water for 15 minutes and refrigerate overnight. Add wine, boil for 30 minutes. Remove the spices, add garnish and done!
Winter White Cosmo
Ingredients (1 drink)
3 oz. citron vodka
1 oz. white cranberry juice
1/2 oz cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish – mint and sugar-coated cranberries ( bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a simmer. Add sugar mixture to a bowl of cranberries, making sure the liquid is not too hot. Once cooled down, cover and refrigerate over night. Drain berries and pat dry so they are tacky but not wet. In a bowl add 2 tbsp of preferred sugar and 3-4 berries. Jiggle them around to coat in sugar the transfer to a wire rack to dry. They are ready when the sugar has hardened!
Directions: Fill a glass with ice. Combine ingredients and shake well. Use a wooden skewer to garnish the drink with the sugar coated cranberries and mint and enjoy!
